When students feel worried, frustrated, sad, stressed, angry, or disappointed, it can be difficult to know what to do next. This interactive activity helps students think through those moments by practicing positive self-talk, choosing healthy coping strategies, and reflecting on how they want to respond in the future.

Students complete five engaging drag-and-drop puzzle activities by selecting one positive mindset thought and one positive action that would help them work through each emotion. After each puzzle, students complete a reflection activity that encourages them to connect the lesson to their own experiences and create a personal plan for handling similar situations in the future.
