My Mindful Class Mindful Partner Terms of Service

To join, you must be at least 18 years old , Citizen of The United States of America.

Applicants need to have a valid PayPal , Zelle  or Bank account for commission payments.

Applicants should have a background or interest in mindfulness, wellness, or education and be committed to ethical promotion.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

Mindful Partners must promote My Mindful Class with honesty and integrity.

Misleading, spammy, or unethical marketing practices (such as false claims, fake reviews, or excessive mass messaging) are strictly prohibited.

Partners may not present themselves as an official representative of My Mindful Class.

All promotions must comply with applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines. Partners must disclose their relationship (e.g., "I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link.").

Partners earn $20 per sale for every new teacher who subscribes using their referral code.

Payouts are made once a partner reaches a minimum of $40 in earnings.

Payments are issued via PayPal, Zelle or mailed Check on a monthly basis.

Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) do not qualify for commissions.

Bulk school or district contracts are not eligible for standard partner commissions, but case-by-case referral bonuses may be arranged.

Each partner will receive a unique referral code to track sales.

We use tracking systems to monitor successful referrals, but we are not responsible for sales that do not properly track due to browser settings, ad blockers, or other technical issues.

Tracking referrals last 30 days—if a teacher signs up within 30 days of using your referral code, you receive the commission.

Either party may terminate the partner agreement at any time.

Partners who violate these terms (e.g., engage in misleading promotions, spam tactics, or fraudulent activities) will have their accounts terminated and may forfeit unpaid commissions.

Upon termination, all promotional use of My Mindful Class branding and affiliate links must cease immediately.

My Mindful Class reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Partners will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
