Each month, you get a new, age-appropriate themed unit that’s easy to use and fits right into your day, with no prep required. The structure is simple: one short video to introduce the theme, followed by five meaningful activities that build on each other throughout the month. It’s not just about “doing SEL.” It’s about helping students practice life skills like emotional regulation, focus, and confidence and in a way that actually sticks.
